ISBW stands for Inverse Selection Black & White. This effect is used when you want to keep one subject in your photo in color and convert everything else to black & white. Open the photo in Photoshop . Choose a selection tool which is appropriate for your photo. For this photo, I will use the Quick Selection Tool. Select the subject which you want to keep in color in the final result. Press Ctrl+Shift+I on the keyboard to inverse the selection. Click on the "Create new fill or adjustment layer" button. Open the photo in Photoshop. Required color values: Foreground color: #fb1212 , Background color: #ffffff . Select the Color Replacement Tool from the left. Use the following values at the top: Size: 221px, Mode: Color, Sampling: Continuous, Limits: Contiguous, Tolerance: 100%, Anti-alias: Check, Always use Pressure for Size: Off. The following steps are applicable for Photoshop CS6. In newer versions, the steps will be almost same. Create a folder in Desktop. Put all the images inside the folder. Open Adobe Photoshop . Go to File, Scripts, Load Files into Stack... . Select ‘Folder’. Then hit "Browse...". Choose the folder which you just created. Hit OK. Hit OK. Images will be loaded in separate layers. Go to Window, Timeline. A new pane will pop up at the bottom. Click open the drop-down menu on the top-right of that pane and click on "Make Frames From Layers".  Photoshop will make frames from the layers.
