Open the photo in Photoshop . Choose a selection tool which is appropriate for your photo. For this photo, I will use the Quick Selection Tool. Press "Z" on the keyboard to select the Zoom Tool. Then click on the image (more than once, if necessary) with the Zoom Tool selected so that the eyes become bigger. The following steps are applicable for Photoshop CS6. In newer versions, the steps will be almost same. Create a folder in Desktop. Put all the images inside the folder. Open Adobe Photoshop . Go to File, Scripts, Load Files into Stack... . Select ‘Folder’. Then hit "Browse...". Choose the folder which you just created. Hit OK. Hit OK. Images will be loaded in separate layers. Go to Window, Timeline. A new pane will pop up at the bottom. Click open the drop-down menu on the top-right of that pane and click on "Make Frames From Layers".  Photoshop will make frames from the layers.
